There will be no sales contract in relation to any product until your order has been ex-pressly accepted by us. If your order is not accepted, the amount of it will be refunded in full.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that we have recei-ved your request. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to our acceptance. The purchase will only be accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation and it will refer exclusively and only to those pro-ducts indicated in the shipping confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other product.

In the event that you have chosen to ship to the store, you will also receive a notification when the order has left our warehouses. Once the order reaches the selected store, we will send you an email to inform you.

The price of the products will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of manifest error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the page are correct, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and the amounts that have been paid will be fully refunded.

The prices on the website include the corresponding taxes, but exclude shipping costs.

Prices may change at any time, but will not affect orders for which we have already sent a shipping confirmation.

By making a card payment you confirm that it is your property.

The "payment" cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any de-lay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize the sale.


You can pay with your usual credit card or through the secure payment system "Paypal". The amount of your order will be charged and deducted from your card at the time you confirm the purchase.

What is the cost of shipping?

What is the delivery time of my order?

Shipments are managed through the company MRW or Correos. Delivery times vary depending on the destination of the shipment.

Standard shipments to Spain take between 24, 48 and 72 working hours (Monday to Friday not holidays).

In the case of orders with store collection, the delivery time is 48-72 working hours. International standard shipments to Europe take between 5 and 7 working days.

In order to calculate the delivery time of our shipments you must take into account that orders placed after 13:00h will begin to be prepared the next day. Orders placed on Fri-day from 13:00h, Saturday or Sunday are prepared and will leave on Monday.

In special periods, promotions or sales, exceptionally, delivery times may be affected.

In the event that, due to an exceptional case, we do not have any product of the order, we will inform you of this situation and we will return the proportional part of the order.

REMEMBER that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so it is necessary to give us the exact delivery address.
