CHANGES:
You can make the change of your purchase online in one of our physical stores by presenting the delivery note that comes in the box or printing the invoice from the section "my orders" on our website. In this case you can change the size, color or model. You have a period of 20 days from its receipt to go to one of our physical stores. To proceed with the change the product must not be used.
We will not exchange or return products that are not in the same condition in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
For hygiene reasons, no changes or returns of underwear are allowed. Bikinis and swimsuits can only be exchanged or returned if they retain the hygienic adhesive. The jewellery must be in its original packaging and intact.
It is only possible, through this way, to process changes of products purchased in our online store.
RETURNS:
You have a period of 20 days from the reception of your order to make the return and to proceed to the same one you will have to verify that your order fulfills the following conditions:
- The product must not be used.
- It must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received. No returns will be made on products that are not in the same condition as received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.
Return from home
To make the return you must access your user account in the returns section or request a return via the following email: orders@denimandfriends.com.
Once your return has been confirmed we will send an email with a label for print and paste, you will leave it at a delivery point of courier. Once received in our offices, we will proceed to examine it and we will communicate you by e-mail if the return is appropriate, taking into account that it is within the established term and that the product is in perfect condition. Remember that the product must be sent in the same way it was received. Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way as the purchase was made. The credit card payment always depends on your bank and it take several days.
Returns from home have the same cost as the shipping that will be deducted from the refund. If the shipping was free, the return was also free.

It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in our online store using the returns system in our page.
